This site collects as little as we could make it. This page covers visiting the site and writing to us; where your code goes when you scan it is described in Where does my code go?
Who runs this site
This site is run by Martin Vlach as a private individual. Contact: dev@ehlas.cz. Nothing can be bought here yet.
Visiting the site
- No forms, no cookies, no analytics or tracking, and no third-party scripts or fonts: every file is served from this site.
- The web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, referrer and browser identification) for security and troubleshooting.
bs.ehlas.czruns on a server in Oracle Cloud’s Frankfurt region (Germany), where these logs are deleted after about two weeks. The copy athuge.github.iois hosted by GitHub, which logs visitors’ IP addresses under its own privacy statement.
If you email us
Messages to dev@ehlas.cz or safeAIwork@gmail.com are stored only by those mailbox providers (Seznam Email Profi for ehlas.cz, Google for Gmail) and on the operator’s personal computer. We use them only to reply to you, do not share them, and delete them when you ask.
Your rights
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and in answering messages (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Write to dev@ehlas.cz to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, ÚOOÚ.
